Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Live Job Index is operated by Sohaib Kazmi. This policy explains what information the service collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.

Information We Collect

When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address, name if provided by you or your Google account, authentication identifiers, and session information needed to keep you signed in. If you complete onboarding, we store the profile details you submit, such as target roles, countries, seniority, visa needs, work preferences, and optional links.

When you use the tracker, we store job statuses, starred jobs, notes, timestamps, and basic activity events needed to operate your personal pipeline.

Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, Google shares basic profile information such as your name and email address with Supabase Auth so Live Job Index can create or access your account. The app does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or other Google account data.

Analytics

Live Job Index uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, page views, and performance of public pages. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. Analytics data is used to improve the service and is not sold.

How We Use Information

Service Providers

The service uses Cloudflare for hosting and KV storage, Supabase for authentication and account data, and Google Analytics for usage measurement. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention

Account and pipeline data is kept while your account remains active or while it is needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting the operator.
