These terms apply to Live Job Index, a job-tracking service operated by Sohaib Kazmi. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

Live Job Index provides a searchable tracker of public and curated technology job opportunities, account onboarding, and personal job pipeline features. You may use the service for lawful job-search, recruiting research, or market research purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. You may sign in with email/password or Google Sign-In where available.

Job Data

Live job postings are collected from public applicant tracking system APIs where available. Curated target entries are not confirmed live postings. Job availability, visa support, seniority, location, scoring, and classification are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

No Employment or Immigration Advice

The service does not provide employment, legal, visa, or immigration advice. You should verify all role details, sponsorship eligibility, and application requirements directly with each employer or a qualified professional.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to bypass security controls of the service.
• Do not use the service to store unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.

Availability and Changes

The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or stop at any time. Features, data sources, scoring, and account access may be updated without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Job Index and its operator are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, reliance on job data, unavailable features, or third-party systems.
